Not even they don’t burn any extra calories; they like to grab some cookie or popcorn while watching their favorite movie. Introduce some athletic program

The number of possibilities here is really countless. Every school has dozens of different clubs, so talk to your child and enroll your child in few. Make whatever is needed to make them stay away from the internet and TV.

With all the respect to all the parents that have to work all days long, you have to be more active. Try to manage the daily routine of your kids as much as possible and introduce some fat-burning activities.
